I am so very grateful for the fabulous dinner thoughtfully and meticulously prepared by my host Fabrice while visiting Paris the last time.
Displaying genuine passion and culinary know-how, this meal was among the most memorable ever. From the amuse bouche to the dessert and the wines he carefully chosen, it was an experience I so cherish. I learned so much from him and his guests, whose company I thoroughly enjoyed as well.
Knowing what the local people do, tasting what they eat, appreciating their culture and learning their perspective truly make traveling so much richer and enjoyable.
