- 2 oeufs, 2 pincées de persil, 2 pincées de fromage râpé, thon, tranches de fromage, 1 oignon moyen, 2 tomates, épices au choix et sel.
Préparation sur 2 étapes:
1- avec les deux tomates, l'ognon, les épices et le sel, préparer une sauce de pizza à l'huile d'olive.
2 - avec les oeufs, le persil, le fromage râpé : préparer une omelette bien étalée sans retourner, garnir sur une seule moitié de l'omelette sur feu avec la sauce tomate, mettre une couche de thon dessus et les tranches de fromage.
Faire plier la moitié non garnie dessus et pincer les extrémités.
